Therapy
Therapy sessions may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Therapy sessions start with getting to know you and your goals for therapy. The process of therapy uses the therapeutic relationship as a foundation and can incorporate strategies such as building coping skills, mindfulness skills, healing from trauma, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, somatic insights and practices, re-envisioning our beliefs about ourselves and the world, EMDR, and ART.

Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives are 3 hour session that may include EMDR, ART, visualization, somatic practices, in-session practicing of skills and strategies, and in-depth processing and exploration of concerns. Therapy intensives can assist in immersing yourself in the therapeutic process and accelerate your healing as well as offer more convenience in scheduling and cost.
